Classroom Hours
Class starts at 8:30 am and ends around 5:30 pm. You will have a one hour lunch and usually two ten minute breaks. Classes runs for 7 days straight beginning on Monday with the final course exam on Sunday. Your course book is included in the cost and will be given out on the first day of class. Walk-in’s are welcome. Upon passing the class you will receive an official course completion certificate to take to your state exam.

What To Bring To Class
A highlighter, pen, paper, and a simple calculator is all you need. Drinks and Snacks are permitted in the classroom as long as you don’t disturb anyone and keep your area clean. Our classroom course includes the Florida Real Estate Principles, Practice & Law textbook. There is no need to do any prior studying or prep work before class. Your instructor will teach you everything in the classroom.
